Frank is an experienced sales, marketing, and business development leader with more than 40 years of experience in the medical device, biotech, and biomaterials health sectors. He has demonstrated the ability to build strong teams, grow revenue, and execute successful operating and commercial strategies. 

Before providing business consulting services to several small start-up companies, Frank was the Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing for Harvest Technologies Corp., which developed and marketed the first point-of-care, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and Bone Marrow Aspirate Concentration (BMAC) systems in the USA. He was part of the strategic team that successfully sold the company to Terumo Medical Systems. 

Frank previously served as Vice President of Marketing and Sales for BioVascular Corp., which developed a line of pericardial bovine patches for cardiovascular and vascular arterial closure. Prior to that, he was the Vice President of Global Marketing and Sales for Spectranetics Corp., which developed Excimer laser systems for treating obstructive coronary artery disease. He was part of the strategic team that took the company public after raising $35 million and spearheaded a strategic merger with Advanced Interventional System (AIS).
