Jane Stephenson

Director of Customer Relations

Jane is a results-driven and influential Technical Services leader with over 25+ years of experience working in a regulated environment for a globally diverse medical device company specializing in rapid diagnostics products focused on women's health.

While working in the role of Director of Training and Administration, Jane created and implemented numerous global training programs using state of the art software, including artificial intelligence (AI) applications to drive learning objectives and reduce training costs. She also led the authoring and execution of validation protocols for Complaint Management System upgrades.

​

Prior to her role as the Director of Training, Jane was the Director of Consumer Technical Services at Alere, Inc. (acquired by Abbott in 2017) where she designed and implemented programs to improve processes, enhance employee learning and development and improve customer satisfaction outcomes. Jane represented the consumer side of the business to successfully design and implement a global Complaint Management System with a focus on increasing customer excellence while reducing operating costs.

Prior to working in the medical device arena, Jane spent the first half of her career helping individuals meet their health and wellness goals as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE). Jane is the author of several nutrition and fitness educational books and tools targeted to help people take action to live healthier, happier lives.
